Zanaco Football Club has signed a one-year hydration sponsorship deal with Zamchil Supreme Water and Ice Depot, a partnership that will support the club’s Under-19 and Under-21 teams throughout the 2025/2026 season.

The signing ceremony took place at the Zanaco FC Secretariat on Friday, 28th November, 2025 where the Club’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Owen Chansa Chimpinde, expressed profound delight at the formalisation of the partnership.

He highlighted the importance of the agreement, describing it as a meaningful investment in the welfare and development of the club’s young athletes.

“The agreement represents a significant commitment to the essential welfare of our young athletes,” he said.

He added that over the next twelve months, Zamchil Supreme Water and Ice Depot will generously and consistently supply the players with high-quality water during all intensive training sessions and competitive match days.

Mr. Chimpinde further underscored the value of corporate involvement in sports development, noting that partnerships of this nature contribute to shaping disciplined future leaders, community role models, and champions.

He extended sincere appreciation to Zamchil Supreme Water and Ice Depot for choosing to support youth football.

Speaking on behalf of Zamchil Supreme Water and Ice Depot, CEO Ms. Joy Phiri reaffirmed the company’s dedication to grassroots sports development.

 

She emphasized that the partnership aligns with the company’s values of quality, consistency, and community service.
