Zanaco Football Club is up against Zesco United tomorrow at Sunset Stadium in a Week 12 encounter of the MTN Super League.

The Bankers will be without Boyd Musonda who has been out of action for two weeks due to a shin injury that he sustained during the match against Power Dynamos and has since resumed training.

Coach Kelvin Kaindu expects the match against Zesco United to be tough and interesting.

“Whenever these two teams meet it’s always a tough game and exciting. Players know that it’s a big game and they come to the party.

Overall we’ve prepared well enough for them.”

Kaindu adds that the team is working on consistency as they’re coming from a win.

“We won against Napsa Stars last week and we need to be consistent in picking up points. We are positive and there are some gaps on the log that need to be covered.”

Kaindu adds that quite a number of players are out.

“Four players are out, that is Boyd, Shamujompa and Owusu are still not fit to play, but we have enough depth in the team.”

Only two changes have been made to the previous 18-man squad that was in camp for the Napsa Game.

Goalkeeper Lameck Siame is back in the team as he replaces Racha Kola while Obino Chisala is in for Dalitso Phiri.
