Director Winga Siwale joined Zanaco Football Club in June 2021, bringing over 20 years of coaching and football administration experience from the United States and Zambia. He has held roles such as Head Men’s and Women’s Varsity Football Coach at the University of Lusaka, Club Director of Opportunity Football Academy – Zambia, and advisor to the International School of Lusaka’s football programme. Before returning to Zambia, he was Club Director of Electric City Shock Jr’s Soccer Club in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and coached the Pocono Snow Senior Professional team in 2011 and 2012 – A team competing in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL – 4th Tier).
A former varsity player at Syracuse University and Lincoln Memorial University, Director Siwale holds a BA in Business Administration/Accounting and an MBA in Business Finance. He is a licensed coach through the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, the United States Soccer Federation, and FAZ. Passionate about youth football, he believes in the philosophy of “Work hard, play hard.”
