Zanaco defender Kevin Owusu says The Bankers are ready for this Sundays continental campaign kickoff against hosts Akonangui of Equatorial Guinea.
Zanaco will commence their 2021/22 CAF Champions League journey with a preliminary round, first leg match on 12th September in Ebebiyin at Estadio de Ebebiyin.
We are ready for the game. We know what we want and we can only achieve that by working hard on the pitch and winning, Owusu said.
The preparations have been good. We have played good friendly games and we have had a clear view of what were capable of doing.
We are positive about this Sundays match and we want a win.
The return leg is slated for 18th September, 2021 in Lusaka at National Heroes Stadium.
