ZANACO FC BOLSTERS SQAUD WITH EIGHT NEW SIGNINGS FOR 2025/2026 SEASON

Zanaco Football Club is pleased to announce the acquisition of eight new players as part of its preparations for the upcoming 2025/2026 MTN Super League season. These strategic additions aim to strengthen key areas of the squad, positioning the club for a highly competitive and successful campaign.

The new signings bring a mix of experience and creativity.

  • Ian Sindayi, a midfielder, joins from Forest Rangers on a two-year contract, expected to inject energy and creativity into the midfield.
  • Highly experienced goalkeeper Francis Mwansa arrives on a free transfer from Green Buffaloes, signing a three-year deal.
  • Tinkler Sinkala, a hardworking central defender from Kabwe Warriors, has signed a three-year contract.
  • Defensive options are bolstered by Garvin Mukandamweene, a promising left-back from Trident FC, who joins on a two-year and six-month deal.
  • Malawian international midfielder Idana Chimwemwe comes from Silver Strikers on a two-year deal.
  • John Chishimba, a solid left-back from Zesco United, brings valuable top-flight experience with a two-year contract.
  • Finally, Chipo Manda (midfielder) and Eliya Mandanji (striker) have both joined Zanaco FC on two-season loan deals from Kafue Celtic, adding depth and attacking options.
